She was the BBC’s Royal Correspondent for 14 years and was at the heart of events that made headlines around the world including marriages, divorces and deaths.

She’s known to young and old for her exploits in the jungle on ITV’s I’m a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here when she was buried in a coffin full of rats and had to eat a variety of live insects.

Since then she has been a presenter on two of the BBC’s most popular shows: Cash in the Attic, and Rip Off Britain. She also presented the BBC2 series Great British Menu.

Show organiser, Sharon Yandell, said: “The exhibition is popular for its range of exhibitors, celebrity speakers, and the way in which we look after our visitors and exhibitors. We’re really delighted that Jennie Bond has agreed to speak this year and I am sure everyone will find her talk enjoyable with lots of ideas to take away.”

Group Leisure & Travel Show

Visitors to the show can expect to meet people who really understand groups.

A day full of ideas, offers and enjoyment on 6th October

The Group Leisure & Travel Show will once again provide GTOs and coach operators with a range of exhibitors, including a fantastic mix of attractions, accommodation providers, tour operators, cruise lines, tourist boards, and theatre ticket agents.

They all come to the event to give group travel organisers expert help and to discuss how they can create experiences to remember. It’s why so many GTOs visit every year.

Frances Wright of the Highwoods Community Centre visited the show in 2021 and said: “I’ve found some ideas here that will make great days out for the community centre and eventually on holiday. I’ve really enjoyed myself. I much prefer talking to people face to face and the show gives me that opportunity.”

The day will start at 10am with a free bacon butty breakfast, and a complimentary light lunch will also be provided. There is free convenient parking adjacent to the Marshall Arena, and a number of free coach transfer options, with route details and a booking form available by clicking here. A shuttle bus will run every half an hour between Milton Keynes Central train station and the Arena, which is located on the Stadium MK site.
