Blenheim Palace unveils Cinderella Christmas theme for 2026

The 2026 theme is ‘Cinderella Inside The Palace’, which will run alongside the popular Illuminated Trail, Great Skate and Christmas Market.

A BAFTA award-winning team will transform Blenheim Palace into the magical fairy tale for the festive season, which runs from 13th November 2026 to 3rd January 2027.

Christmas at Blenheim Palace: what can group visitors expect?

Upon entering The Great Hall, groups will walk through a larger-than-life storybook into a glittering world, and wander into State Rooms filled with mistletoe, holly and baubles.

Out in the gardens, expect shimmering waterfalls and twinkling lights as you walk around the Illuminated Trail, which features more than a million lights.

Back for a third year, Great Skate invites visitors to skate on real ice across a covered rink within the historic Great Court, set against the backdrop of Blenheim Palace. The outdoor Christmas Market also returns with a variety of handmade gifts and sweet treats.

Group discounts and options to enhance a visit

There are group rates for parties of 15 or more. Groups can also enhance their visit with private catering in a dedicated function room, choosing from a festive afternoon tea or a two or three-course Christmas lunch.
