Award- winning travel journalist, Simon Calder, will return to the Group Leisure & Travel Show to share his expertise with visitors in the free Seminar Theatre on Thursday 8th October.
Popular travel expert and award-winning journalist Simon Calder is the first speaker to be announced for this year’s Group Leisure & Travel Show taking place at Arena MK on Thursday 8th October.
A regular at the annual show, Simon will be on hand to share some of his fascinating travel insights again at one of the free-to-attend Seminar Theatre sessions presented free at the exhibition, held at Arena MK, Milton Keynes on 8th October.
The Seminar Theatre is a popular feature at the annual show, where celebrities and experts share stories and advice from their careers and provide various ideas for visits and trips.
Simon said: “I’ve been coming to this show for years and every single time it’s different, there’s more of a buzz and there’s so much energy about the place.
“That is because you’ve got fantastic exhibitors showcasing products which you simply didn’t know about. They come up with really interesting ways to inspire group organisers and coach operators to put together trips which are ultimately going to reward travellers.”
Organisers report that already, an interesting and diverse range of exhibitors have signed up to attend the show – everyone from tour operators to attractions, hotels, cruise lines and more.
