Over the years the show has seen some iconic changes to their group packages adding more value for money, and 2027 - their 15th anniversary year - will be no different with the introduction of tiered packages to give you even more for your buck, and a special discount if you secure your 2027 booking in 2026!

Thanks to a new partnership with Imperial Hotels, groups can now enjoy a more seamless and elevated experience, combining theatre and hospitality in one unforgettable evening.
Enhanced group packages have grown to include integrated show-and-stay packages, access to private pre-show bar and tailored drinks packages alongside established benefits such as complimentary tickets for Group Travel Organisers and exclusive discounts via a dedicated group booking system.
Groups can also book private performances, available for matinees on any day of the week as well as Tuesday evenings. These private shows also unlock the opportunity to upgrade menus with premium dining choices and fully bespoke packages.
2027 will welcome brand-new tiered packages
TIER 1 – The Classic Fawlty Towers Stay
Starting from £55.80 per person. This is our most popular option. You’ll be seated in the main dining room as an esteemed guest of Fawlty Towers, with full access to all the chaos that unfolds. Standard seating is allocated on arrival – just like a real hotel check-in.
TIER 2 – The Better Room (It was available)
Starting from just £63.90 per person. You’ve asked Basil for a better table, and – miraculously – he’s delivered. Superior guests are seated in prime positions with closer proximity to the action and preferential placement in the dining room.
TIER 3 – The Full Fawlty
Starting from £73.80 per person. Suite guests receive the most premium placement available, along with pre-show access, a welcome cocktail, and a personalised memento of their stay. Perfect for special occasions, corporate evenings, and anyone who truly deserves the best.
