Wicked extends group bookings to December 2026

Wicked Direct has announced that groups of ten or more can save up to 50% on tickets exclusively until 13th December 2026. Whilst public booking has extended to Sunday 31st May 2026, with 400,000 new tickets released.

This follows the announcement of a new cast for 2025/2026, led by Emma Kingston (Elphaba) and Zizi Strallen (Glinda), who recently began performances at London’s Apollo Victoria Theatre in March.

Wicked tells the story of an unlikely but profound friendship between two young women who first meet as sorcery students at Shiz University: the blonde and very popular Glinda and a misunderstood green girl named Elphaba.

Following an encounter with The Wizard, their friendship reaches a crossroads, and their lives take very different paths. Glinda’s unflinching desire for popularity sees her seduced by power while Elphaba’s determination to remain true to herself, and to those around her, will have unexpected and shocking consequences for her future.

Their extraordinary adventures in Oz will ultimately see them fulfil their destinies as Glinda The Good and the Wicked Witch of the West.

Having opened in London in 2006 Wicked is the tenth longest-running West End production in history. The musical has now been seen by more than 12 million people in London alone.

Wicked has since been adapted into a two-part film starring Cynthia Erivo and Ariana Grande. Part one opened in cinemas in November last year and became the highest-grossing film based on a stage musical.

Group bookings

Wicked Direct provides a range of options for groups and the travel trade; there is a dedicated sales team, book-now-pay-later flexibility and additional options including afternoon tea, group dining, pre-show receptions and official workshop experiences.

Groups of ten or more can save on Tuesday to Thursday 7:30pm and Wednesday 2:30pm off-peak shows. Senior groups can save further on Wednesday 2:30pm and 7:30pm off-peak shows.
