Ambassador Cruise Line has launched its 2027/28 season, including itineraries in the UK, Mediterranean, Nordics, Americas and Caribbean and no-fly sailings from UK ports.
The new season, which runs from 24th March 2027 through to 14th April 2028, features no-fly sailings from the London Cruise Terminal at Tilbury, Newcastle, Dundee, Liverpool, Belfast, Bristol Royal Portbury and Portsmouth.
Ambassador’s 2027/28 season will include 32 sailings and four festive events on Ambience and 43 sailings aboard Ambition. The Ambassador fleet will sail 75 itineraries, ranging from one to 44 nights, and call at 131 ports in 41 countries across three continents, including ten new destinations.
Each itinerary on board the cruise line’s smaller ships will offer a blend of adventure, relaxation and cultural immersion through excursions to experience the culture, history and natural beauty of destinations. All of the cruises for the 2027/28 season will be adult-only following feedback from guests.
Group benefits with Ambassador Cruise Line
Groups of 15 or more will be able to enjoy benefits when booking with Ambassador, including a 5% discount on selected sailings. One additional free place will be available for groups of 25 guests, whilst two additional free places will be up for grabs when booking for a group of 50.
A special welcome cocktail party and preferential group dining arrangements are also available for groups. Both Ambience and Ambition offer a range of dining options, including Indian gastronomy, and the Chef’s Table, which is available on both ships, offering a VIP multi-course dining experience hosted by the Executive Chef, complete with a tour of the galley.
Itinerary highlights
Ambassador Cruise Line was named Best Cruise Line at the 2025 Group Leisure & Travel Awards and offers no-fly ocean sailings to destinations ranging from the British Isles to the Mediterranean, the Caribbean and the Americas, along with cruises along the fjords of Scandinavia.
Highlights include the Mediterranean Moments & Solar Eclipse sailing aboard Ambition, departing from Dundee on 27th July 2027 for 19 nights taking guests to Oporto to witness the solar eclipse in Gibraltar. The cruise will also visit Spanish destinations, with stops in Almeria, Alicante, Valencia and Ibiza, plus a visit to the North African Spanish territory of Ceuta.
Caribbean sailings include Cozumel to see the Mayan ruins of Chichen Itza and Santa Maria where guests can visit the protected UNESCO Biosphere Reserve and World Heritage Site of Tayrona. Northern Lights sailings take guests on a journey to the Arctic Circle during late autumn and winter, offering the chance to witness the Aurora Borealis.
Two Christmas and New Year sailings are available, offering festive journeys to Mediterranean and North African destinations. The ‘Christmas & New Year Voyage to Canaries & Madeira’ will see guests spend 17 nights aboard Ambition, calling at Santiago de Compostela, the Canary Islands and Morocco, whilst the 17-night ‘Christmas Day at sea and New Year’s Day in Gibraltar; and the Yuletide Sunshine: Canaries & Moroccan Coast Discovery’ on board Ambience will visit Casablanca, Tenerife, Lanzarote, and Gran Canaria, with New Year’s Day in Gibraltar.
There are shorter sailings too
A range of shorter sailings, lasting one to four nights, will also be available. These cruises will take in the British Isles and northern Europe, with themed cruises including a Tribute to the 90s, Battle of the Bands and Party Nights, as well as Christmas Market cruises.
