It is the best opportunity for group travel organisers and coach operators to meet with attractions, hotels, cruise lines, ticketing providers, tourist boards / DMOs, tour operators and experiences. The focus, as always, is on group travel.

There is a growing collection of new exhibitors confirmed including Holiday Ireland Hotels, Croga Tours, African Star Tours, AirHop Bristol, Daniel Thwaites Hotels, Coastal Cruises, Highcliffe Castle and the Silverstone Museum.

“It will be my first time exhibiting at the Group Leisure & Travel Show,” said Fiona Drew-Smith from Daniel Thwaites Hotels. Fiona added: “I chose to exhibit, as I feel the one day format makes it a more focused event. I’m looking forward to connecting directly with group travel organisers and operators, showcasing our hotels and how we cater for groups to those who have influence over bookings.”

Plus, firm favourites will return to update group organisers and coach operators with their latest plans and packages. You can once again look forward to talking to The Royal Mint, Kynren, Thursford Christmas Spectacular, Visit Isle of Wight, and a range of partners included along the Great West Way. Visit Dorset – Coast With The Most have increased their stand and will have more partners involved this year.

Jane Langridge from Marsham Court Hotel, which will be on the stand, told us: “Visit Dorset - Coast With The Most are excited to return to the GLT Show in 2025. As one of the UK’s top coastal destinations for groups and tours, we value the opportunity to showcase our accommodation and attractions to the high-quality visitor audience of active organisers that the show attracts.”

GLT Show 2024

2025 will see old favourites return and new exhibitors for visitors to meet.

The Heritage in Britain stand will feature ten partners, including London Transport Museum, Historic Royal Palaces, RHS and St Paul’s Cathedral.

Alexandra Rocheteau-Hasan from LTM said: “Last year’s show provided a great opportunity to meet with key group travel organisers and promote the Museum, our Hidden London tours and the Museum Depot. We’re looking forward to doing the same this year with this brilliant opportunity to talk to this important segment about what we have to offer to their groups.”

GLT Show 2024

Travel journalist, Simon Calder will once again return and feature in the Seminar Theatre, open to all visitors and exhibitors.

The Royal Mint is once again back to meet GTOs and coach operators. RME business development manager, Paul Brandwood commented: “The Group Leisure & Travel Show is a key event on our calendar and the team there consistently demonstrate their dedication by ensuring that attendees are actively engaged in the group travel industry.

“Unlike other events, this show maintains a focused environment where participants can have meaningful, productive conversations without being overwhelmed by unrelated sales pitches. Over the past three years, we’ve experienced a significant increase in group travel, and the high-quality interactions fostered at the GLT event have played a pivotal role in this growth.”

The Seminar Theatre is open to all visitors and will feature travel journalist, Simon Calder; Mark Smith from The Antiques Roadshow; and Adam Frost, who is a regular presenter on Gardeners’ World.
