Theatres across the country will welcome audiences with a range of exciting productions touring UK venues throughout the year.

1. The Choir of Man

The Choir of Man will take The Jungle pub to audiences across the country this year. The tour opens at New Wimbledon Theatre on 14th March with performances at theatres until 5th December. Featuring harmonies, sing-along and storytelling, it will be the first time the production has toured UK venues. 

Audiences can expect hits from artists including Queen, Luther Vandross, Sia, Paul Simon, Adele, Guns N’ Roses, Avicii and Katy Perry, served up by the cast of musicians and singers for an uplifting celebration of community and friendship where everyone is welcome.

2. Jersey Boys 

The production telling the story of Frankie Valli and The Four Seasons will embark on a 20th anniversary tour from 17th June, opening at the New Wimbledon Theatre and visiting 31 venues across the country. The tour is currently scheduled to run until 24th July 2027, with further dates to be announced.

Jersey Boys will be staged by the original Broadway creative team and feature all of the classic hits, including SherryBig Girls Don’t CryWalk Like A ManCan’t Take My Eyes Off YouBeggin’ and Oh What a Night.

Groups of ten or more can take advantage of discounted tickets for Monday to Thursday band A-C tickets, subject to availability. Reduced ticket prices are also available for midweek matinee band A-B tickets for groups of ten plus. 

3. Mean Girls The Musical

Mean Girls The Musical, based on the Paramount Pictures film is touring UK venues until 30th January 2027, visiting theatres including Milton Keynes Theatre, Marlowe Theatre, Canterbury and Liverpool Empire.

Mean Girls The Musical features iconic scenes from the original film, including the performance of Jingle Bell Rock.

Mean Girls tells the story of The Plastics - Regina, Gretchen and Karen, and stars Faye Tozer in the roles of Ms Heron, Ms Norbury and Mrs George, alongside Emily Lane as Cady Heron, Vivian Panka as Regina George and Sophie Pourret as Karen Smith. 

Home-schooled Cady Heron may think she knows a thing or two about survival of the fittest thanks to her zoologist parents, but high school is a whole new level of savage. When Cady devises a plan to end Regina’s reign, she learns the hard way that you can’t cross a queen bee without getting stung. 

4. The Mousetrap

The world’s longest running play will embark on a major UK tour from 3rd September, visiting more than 25 venues and running until 26th June 2027 with further dates and venues to be announced. The production will visit venues including Theatre Royal, Windsor, Lyceum Theatre, Sheffield and Manchester Opera House.

The West End cast of The Mousetrap.

The Mousetrap has played more than 30,000 times in the West End and takes audiences inside Monkswell Manor to solve the greatest murder mystery that has kept the world guessing for generations.

5. The Karate Kid - The Musical

Groups can take advantage of exclusive off-peak rates for the musical adaptation of the 1984 blockbuster, The Karate Kid, which begins touring on 28th April and is scheduled to visit 12 venues.

Written by Robert Mark Kamen, screenwriter of the original 1984 movie, the production has been reimagined through movement, music, and raw, energetic storytelling as it follows the bond between Daniel LaRusso and Mr Miyagi, who teaches that karate isn’t about fighting, it’s about balance, dignity, and respect.

6. Legally Blonde The Musical 

Love Island series three winner, Amber Davies, is currently starring in the lead role of Elle Woods in the UK tour of Legally Blonde The Musical which is touring UK venues until 2nd January 2027, including Sheffield’s Lyceum Theatre, York Grand Opera House and Bristol Hippodrome.

The feel-good rom-com follows Elle Woods on her transformation from ‘It Girl’ fashionista to legal ace at Harvard Law School, all in the name of love. Elle must prove she is more than blonde ambition, swap the changing rooms for the courtroom and learn that ‘being true to yourself never goes out of style.’

7. Back to the Future The Musical

The touring production of the hit West End musical, Back To The Future The Musical is set to open at Bristol Hippodrome this October before visiting Edinburgh, Liverpool, Milton Keynes, Sunderland and Southampton.

Back to the Future The Musical features original music and songs from the film including The Power of Love and Johnny B. Goode.

Based on the 1985 Universal Pictures/Amblin Entertainment film starring Michael J. Fox and Christopher Lloyd, Back to the Future The Musical follows the story of Marty McFly when he finds himself transported back to 1955 in a time machine built by the eccentric scientist Doc Brown and accidentally changes the course of history.
