Lost Earth Adventures and Studfold Activity Centre join forces

Yorkshire-based companies, Lost Earth Adventures and Studfold Farm, The Nidderdale Experience, have joined forces to offer a new adventure-themed package for groups.

The collaboration of the two companies will provide both group accommodation and a wide range of guided outdoor activities in the local area.

Group activities

The group activities that will be provided by Lost Earth Adventures include hiking, mountain biking, climbing and abseiling, gorge walking, orienteering and caving.

There will also be team building workshops and activities to choose from, which can last a half or a full day depending on group requirements.

Participants can also walk various trails around the local Yorkshire area during their stay.

All activities are led by experienced and qualified instructors and are suitable for all skill levels and abilities. Safety and technical equipment is provided for all activities.

Stay overnight

Accommodation comes in the form of Studfold Activity Centre, which sleeps up to 16 people.

Bigger groups can be accommodated using another nearby centre, increasing potential group sizes to 40.

More about the partnership

The partnership of Lost Earth Adventures and Studfold Farm, The Nidderdale Experience, is hoped to opens up the potential for even more offerings to the group travel industry in the future.

Richard Goodey, Lost Earth Adventures’ co-founder, said: “We have been organising adventure activities in Yorkshire for the past eight years and have, for a while now, been looking for opportunities to expand our company and reach out to the group market.

“This partnership with Studfold Activity Centre offers us the chance to show a wider range of people the fun and exhilarating outdoor activities available in the beautiful part of the country.”
