Oscar-winning Ghost the Musical will tour the UK
Ghost the Musical will make a return to the stage this summer, embarking on a UK tour for the first time since 2019.
Drumroll please… our annual reader awards are now open for 2018 so it’s time for you to have your say and vote for the best in group travel.

The annual GLT reader Awards initiative, first launched 21 years ago, will culminate in the much-anticipated black tie dinner on Wednesday 10th October at the Hilton Birmingham Metropole, located conveniently near the NEC.
Now’s your chance to vote and nominate in the Group Leisure & Travel Awards 2018, to help shine the spotlight on the best of the best and reward excellence.
What awards can you vote in?
The awards recognise the best in the industry, as voted for by GLT readers. Two new categories have been added this year: Best Museum or Gallery and Best Historic Attraction or Venue. These join some of the more familiar categories including Best Group Dining Experience, Best Christmas Experience and Best Guided Tour.
The Group Travel Organiser of the Year Award 2018 will again be a major highlight of the awards, this year celebrating its 20th year, as will The Excellence Award – which recognises the outstanding contribution to group travel by a supplier.
And for the first time this year, all category finalists will be announced prior to the October dinner in September, with the winners being revealed exclusively only on the night of the ceremony.
The dinner and its after party will, as usual, be taking place on the eve of the Group Leisure & Travel Show opening the following day, Thursday 11th October, at the NEC.
Who can vote?
Anyone who organises group holidays or trips can vote, but we don’t take votes from travel trade professionals working for suppliers and operators, such as hoteliers, tour companies and tourist boards.
How do you vote?
There are 19 categories you can vote in, and one in which you can enter or nominate, but you do not have to take part in every one if you do not wish to. Just click ‘submit’ when you’re done.
Voting closes on Monday 2nd July 2018. Any votes received after this time will not be counted.
