Immersive dining and Absinthe-fuelled entertainment at Chat Noir!
The dining experience features a three-course meal inspired by historic menus and culinary archives created by executive chef Ashley Clarke. Bar de Absinthe will serve up a range of themed drinks, including absinthe, champagne, and Belle Époque cocktails.
Co-founder and creative director William Kunhardt said: “For us, 19th century Paris has always been high on the list of worlds to take people to. But it shot to the top when we started digging into Le Chat Noir, realising just how daring and provocative it was.
“This was a crazy crucible where ‘cabaret’ as an art form was literally being invented, where the nobility of Paris would flock at dead of night to cut loose, be set free by these wild artists. It was all the brainchild of this one impresario, Rodolphe Salis, who died pretty young, before he could really see what he’d achieved.”
Evening performances take place at 7pm from Tuesdays to Sundays, with weekend matinee shows at 1pm.
