Strictly Come Dancing - The Professionals

Next year will see the professional dancers of the popular television show Strictly Come Dancing tour the country in their own show.

Strictly Come Dancing – The Professionals will be visiting to venues all over the UK from May 2019, for a 35-date tour.

The ballroom show will begin its run at The Lowry Theatre in Salford on 3rd May and will culminate at the Sunderland Empire on 2nd June.

Tickets for the tour are now on sale.

What to expect from the tour

Including professional members of the BBC One hit television show Strictly Come Dancing, this tour will feature a variety of ballroom dance genres and styles and a mix of popular music.

Audiences can expect to see the world-class dancers perform ‘exquisitely choreographed’ ballroom and Latin routines, as well as enjoy a wardrobe of sparkly and sequinned costumes which the TV show is also renowned for.

Dancers on the TV show include Katya Jones, Aljaž Skorjanec, Giovanni Pernice and Gorka Márquez who all danced with the finalists and winner of last year’s celebrity show.

The line-up of professionals set to take part in the tour is yet to be announced.
