The show is said to feature plenty of tense moments to keep audiences on the edge of their seats.

The show is written by Kate Trefry, directed by Stephen Daldry and is based on the hit Netflix show which debuted in July 2016.

It quickly become one of Netflix’s most popular television series and its fourth season alone amassed more than 140 million views globally.

Rooted in 80s nostalgia, Stranger Things has sparked a resurgence of pop culture items from the decade with every new season, including Eggo waffles and New Coke.
