The iconic view from the top of the Royal Liver Building

The top floors of the Liver Building in Liverpool will open to the public for the first time, offering spectacular views across Liverpool and the River Mersey.

Visitors will be taken to the 15th floor of the landmark building to experience 360-degree views.

Opening next spring, the new attraction ‘Royal Liver Building 360’ (RLB360) will also offer a guided tour from the new visitor centre up to the 10th and then 15th floors, giving an insight into the history of the Grade One listed building along the way.

Upon reaching the top floor of the 321ft building, guests will be greeted with 360° views across the city skyline and waterfront.

The tour will also include a trip inside the building’s clock tower, where an immersive audio-visual experience will be digitally projected onto the walls.

Tour details

•    Tours will last approximately 70 minutes.
•    Online bookings will open in January.
•    The visitor attraction will officially open in spring 2019.

The attraction will be operated by Liverpool based brand, Heritage Great Britain, which owns and operates a number of other visitor destinations in the UK including Snowdon Mountain Railway, Land’s End and the Needles Landmark Attraction.

About the Royal Liver Building

The Royal Liver Building is a Grade One listed building, located on the waterfront of the River Mersey and when it was originally built in 1911 it was the tallest building in Europe.
