Riviera Travel announces new Croatian itinerary and expands fleet

Riviera Travel has revealed two new yachts and a new itinerary for the 2018 season travelling the Dalmatian Coast, Croatia.

The two new yachts, the MS Adriatic Sun and the MS Il Mare, will expand Riviera Travel’s existing fleet, and the new itinerary will be available on board MS Il Mare. The two new yachts accommodate 38 and 40 guests respectively, providing smaller groups with an intimate cruising experience and an alternative to bigger cruise ship holidays. 

New itinerary: Split-Rab-Split

The new itinerary is available on selected departures between May and September 2018.

It will include eight days and seven nights on board the MS Il Mare starting in Split, Croatia, in your choice of cabin. Return flights from a choice of regional airports are included too. 

Daily breakfast, six lunches, one dinner plus a Captain’s Dinner will be on offer and the itinerary will also include tours and the services of an experienced and knowledgeable tour manager throughout.

The itinerary will include exploring the Dalmatian coastline, which is said to be one of the most spectacular coastlines in Europe with its vast stretches of deserted beach, secret coves and secluded bays.

Enjoy a guided tour of Trogir, with its classic waterfront, winding Medieval streets and 15th century city walls.

Experience one of the largest natural harbours in the Adriatic, at Telaš?ica and wander to the shores of Lake Mir, a natural salt lake, with warm water that channels through the limestone on its way out to sea.

Groups will also get to discover Zadar, a coastal town with the ‘style and charm of the Italian Riviera’, before moving onto Rab. Here you’ll get to experience a verdant landscape of pine forest and olive groves as well as deserted beaches and picturesque coves along the peninsula.

The itinerary will see passengers return to Split again to finish their tour.

New yachts

MS Adriatic Sun accommodates a maximum of 38 guests and includes contemporary interior design and stylish restaurants. 

MS Il Mare incorporates the latest design innovations and accommodates 40 guests. This yacht includes a spacious restaurant, with an informal and comfortable dining experience.
