The Royal Horticultural Society (RHS) has announced a new events programme for autumn and winter across its five gardens.

Enjoy a guided woodland walk at the Hyde Hall estate this autumn.

Visitors will have the opportunity to make the most of the changing seasons at the five gardens across the country: RHS Garden Bridgewater in Greater Manchester; RHS Garden Harlow Carr in North Yorkshire; RHS Garden Hyde Hall in Essex; RHS Garden Rosemoor in Devon; and RHS Garden Wisley in Surrey.

Events range from live music and sculpture trails to festive winter walks that showcase the gardens in full splendour. 

Highlights include:

  • RHS Garden Wisley: Taste of Autumn, 13th-17th October. See live cookery demonstrations at the kitchen theatre inside RHS Hilltop (the dedicated science hub in Wisley) and browse and sample seasonal produce from over 30 food stands.
  • RHS Garden Harlow Carr: Handmade at Christmas fair, 21st October - 28th November. Browse a range handmade gifts in the Bath House at Harlow Carr in the run up to Christmas festivities.
  • RHS Garden Rosemoor: Winter Sculpture Exhibition, 13th November - 31st January 2022. Discover a selection of sculpture on this trail, set against the backdrop of the garden in winter. The exhibition features work by local artists and those from further afield.
  • RHS Garden Hyde Hall: Woodland Walks, 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd & 30th November. Enjoy a guided tour of the Hyde Hall estate every Tuesday in November.
