HF Holidays has launched its new 2019 Outdoor Escape weekends, which are suitable for groups.

As the benefits of walking in the countryside become more apparent for boosting wellbeing and mental health, HF Holidays has launched its 2019 breaks ahead of National Stress Awareness Day on Wednesday 7th November.

The 2019 Outdoor Escape weekends will allow groups to relax for a few days and explore some of the UK’s most picturesque destinations.

Outdoor Escapes

The holiday provider has launched two new breaks to add to its existing portfolio of weekend trips.

The first being its new Exmoor Outdoor Escape. On this break, you can be as leisurely or adventurous as you choose, with a range of three different daily guided walks all taking in the best of Exmoor.

You can enjoy a hike to Dunkery Beacon and views as far as Wales or take in the charm of historic Dunster as you stroll through the cobbled streets on tailored walks. 

This break also takes in the tranquil coastal scenery on the South West Coast Path before spending evenings enjoying meals at HF Holidays’ country house, Holnicote House.

The Northumberland Outdoor Escape makes the most of the scenery by allowing you to explore the ridge walks across the Simonside hills, the pretty market town of Rothbury as well as Alnwick Castle, featured in the early Harry Potter films. 

Groups will stride along the Northumberland Coast Path all the way to the Scottish border and breathe in the refreshing sea air. The break will include a stay at HF Holidays’ Nether Grange, a historic 35-bedroom property that surrounds the Alnmouth coastline.
