Longleat has unveiled details of a new food and drinks festival that will take place on 10th and 11th June, featuring amongst other highlights celebrity chefs Nadiya Hussain and James Martin.

About the festival

The festival will showcase a mix of live cooking demonstrations, music, events and activities alongside food and drink stalls that will sell authentic, locally-sourced fresh food and drinks.

Visitors to the Wiltshire stately home will be able to sample everything from local wine and cider to Wiltshire chillies, Thai and Asian food-to-go.

Longleat’s new Longhouse events facility will also be staging live shows and food demonstrations on both days, featuring Nadiya Hussain on 10th June and James Martin on 11th June.

Commenting on the festival, Hussain said: “I’m very excited to have the chance to come to Longleat and share some of my love for baking and cooking with people in such beautiful surroundings.”

In addition, Emma, Viscountess Weymouth, will be hosting ‘Emma’s Afternoon Tea’, a high tea in the Orangery and surrounding formal garden, selling her own range of products from the stalls.

Visitors interested in the festival will be able to book their place at the shows. All events are included with a day ticket to Longleat, including the shows.
