BAi360

The first Sky Dining evenings at British Airways i360 will take place in April and May, offering a three course meal with views over Brighton and Hove.

The experience, which will have its autumn dates released later this year, will see the iconic glass observation pod in Brighton laid for fine dining and decked with white lights. Sky Dining takes place across the course of an evening so guests have the chance to see the views from the top of the observation tower change from dusk to night time as they eat.

The elegant three-course meal will be served during three consecutive 25-minute pod flights – with starters during the first flight, main courses during the second flight and desserts and coffee during the final flight. There will be a break between each flight to use the facilities at ground level.?

The dishes include mackerel parfait with pea shoots and garlic crostini, seared chicken with fondant potato, spinach, glazed carrots and jus; and classic crème brulee or rich chocolate mousse pot.

Private hire for groups

Parties of between 60 and 100 can be seated in the pod. Sky Dining is available exclusively for private hire with the addition of a canapé reception and an after-party with DJ at ground level if desired. Meal choices are pre-ordered in advance.
