Greenline Coaches acquired the brand and assets of InterChoice Holidays Ltd in February this year.

Based in the West Midlands, InterChoice was a popular coach operator and holiday brand for groups and won multiple awards after being founded by MD, John Evitt in 1997. InterChoice Ltd went into liquidation in 2023 although related company InterChoice Holidays continued to trade.

At the time, director of the company John Evitt said the liquidation of InterChoice Ltd was as a result of Covid-related pressures. Records from Companies House also note that Mr Evitt stepped down from his role as director of InterChoice Holidays in April this year.

Established in 2010, Greenline Coaches Ltd operates within the coach holiday, private hire and day tour sector. The family-run business based in the West Midlands prides itself on “bringing fun, friendship and laughter in the great holidays and day trips provided for customers.”

Greenline Coaches acquired the brand and assets of InterChoice Holidays Ltd in February this year which will now operate as a trading name of Greenline Coaches. According to the operator this will “allow [it] to build on its trusted reputation while continuing to deliver the exceptional value and service our customers expect.”

The InterChoice trading name is now covered under Greenline’s ABTOT membership. Greenline said the move would “[offer] travellers the financial protection and peace of mind that are central to our values.”
