Group travel organisers can now apply for several ship visits organised by Fred. Olsen to get a taste of what the cruise line has to offer.

The ship visits, which take place during March, May and October, will welcome GTOs on board the Bolette, Balmoral and Borealis ships. Here, organisers will be invited to experience the ships first hand and learn about how Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines can accomodate group bookings.
Visitors will embark at 9:30am following the check-in process, and will be served tea, coffee and breakfast pastries. The Fred. Olsen team will lead a tour of the ship, showcasing the restaurants, bars and lounges, plus a range of cabins, before inviting visitors to enjoy a three-course lunch in one of its main dining areas.
A presentation will then be given, with group travel organisers encouraged to ask any questions they might have about the experience.

2026 GTO ship visit dates:
- Tuesday 31st March: Liverpool - tour of Bolette
- Thursday 28th May: Newcastle - tour of Balmoral
- Friday 16th October: Southampton - tour of Borealis
