About Dreamgirls

Dreamgirls focuses on the journey of a young female singing trio from Chicago, Illinois, called The Dreams.

The musical is inspired by the 1960s music scene, and tells the story of the group’s struggles with the show business.

A film adaptation was released in 2006 and starred Beyoncé Knowles, Jennifer Hudson, Eddie Murphy and Jamie Foxx.
