Holiday company, Cosmos, is offering three India holiday packages to explore the different regions and learn more about the country’s culture.

Animal lovers and those interested in seeing the famous sights of India can enjoy a 10 day India’s Golden Triangle and the Tigers of Ranthambore holiday. This tour features iconic sights of Delhi, Agra and the Taj Mahal as well as the ancient city of Jaipur. Groups will also get to travel to Ranthambore National Park to see the protected tigers.

The Highlights of Northern India tour takes you to see the cities of northern India on a 14 day trip. Visitors can immerse themselves in the local culture by learning how to tie a turban, visiting the local Bishnoi desert tribes by jeep, seeing the old block printing technique at Jaipur’s Anokhi Museum, and enjoying sweets at a local heritage sweet shop.

Discover Southern India & Kerala, meanwhile, offers a journey of discovery through the southern region of India including the backwaters of Kerala. Experiences include a demonstration of local silk weaving at Kanchipuram, a tour of Pondicherry, an authentic Tamil cuisine experience in Tanjore, as well as taking part in a prayer ceremony at Madurai and visiting a spice plantation at Thekaddy.
