Beaulieu announces varied and packed 2026 events calendar

Tickets to all events at Beaulieu in the New Forest will include admission to the rest of the site’s attractions, including the National Motor Museum, Palace House, Little Beaulieu, Beaulieu Abbey and its grounds and gardens.

Classic cars, gardening, history and theatre

The season will get underway on 26th April, with Drive It Day, when owners of pre-2005 classic cars are invited along to showcase their motors.

BBC Gardeners’ World Spring Fair returns to Beaulieu from Friday 1st to Sunday 3rd May. Visitors can expect garden and flower displays, talks and workshops, the Good Food Market and more. The show will be headlined by Adam Frost, star of BBC’s Gardeners’ World and other well-known faces from the show.

In July the grounds will be transported back in time for A Royal Hunt: History Re-enactment Weekend over Saturday 11th and Sunday 12th July. The two day event will take visitors to the English Civil War and feature living history stations, drill displays with musket and cannon firings, a drumming performance, falconry demonstrations and cloister tours.

Live theatre will take place in the grounds of Beaulieu with two classic stories performed in August by theatre company, This Is My Theatre. On 12th August it will be Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland followed by The Great Gatsby on 13th August.

For car enthusiasts

Throughout the year, the New Forest attraction hosts a packed schedule of Simply rallies, offering drivers the chance to show off their vehicles, admire others of the same marque or region and enjoy a day out with fellow enthusiasts.

The first Simply rally will take place on 24th May for VW owners followed by Simply Porsche (31st May), Simply French (28th June) and Simply Jaguar (16th August). Fans of BMW, Italian cars and Smart cars can look forward to the autumn and opportunities to showcase and admire classics.

Other motoring events taking place throughout the year include the Spring Autojumble weekend, bringing vintage collectibles, motoring spare parts and vintage car club displays to the Beaulieu grounds, whilst the Custom and American Show will take place on 21st June, featuring classic American cars, fairground rides and live entertainment.  

Beaulieu will also host performance vehicles demonstrations and displays during Supercar Weekend from 1st to 2nd August. 

Group bookings

Groups can enjoy admission to the attraction during event days, with discounted admission for 15 or more people depending on which event is taking place. Standard group rates apply for Simply rallies.

Group bookings to Beaulieu during major events need to be pre-paid in advance due to the high number of visitors. For group visits during the BBC Gardeners’ World Spring Fair (1st-3rd May), bookings will need to be made directly through the event website.
