London’s West End will continue to dazzle audiences, with a range of fresh productions hitting the stage, whilst other popular shows have extended their stays.
1. Dirty Dancing - The Classic Story on Stage
Dirty Dancing - The Classic Story on Stage will be the first production at the Capital Theatre when it opens its doors for the first time from 16th October. The purpose-built 675 seat venue will host the hit musical, based on the 1987 film starring Patrick Swayze and Jennifer Grey, which is currently booking until March 2027.

Audiences can expect the famous lift, intimate choreography and and the classic soundtrack, including Hungry Eyes, Hey Baby, Do You Love Me? and (I’ve Had) The Time of My Life. To arrange group bookings contact the box office team at tickets@capitaltheatre.co.uk.
2. Avenue Q
The Shaftesbury Theatre will welcome the three-time Tony Award-winning musical Avenue Q back to the West End from 20th March to 29th August 2026.
Described as “a mischievous and charming musical full of infectious songs and loveable characters”, the show tells the story of Princeton, who fresh out of college and searching for his purpose, ends up in a shabby apartment on New York’s rundown Avenue Q. He quickly meets his new and colourful neighbours where together they navigate the life struggles of work, love and paying the bills in their own hilarious way.

Regular and accelerator group rates are available on Monday-Friday performances, with discounts of groups of six plus, ten plus and 20+. Ticket prices are reduced further for groups who book and pay before 27th February, 2026.
3. Beetlejuice
Based on Tim Burton’s classic film starring Michael Keaton, Alec Baldwin, Geena Davis, Jeffrey Jones, Catherine O’Hara, and Winona Ryder, Beetlejuice: The Musical will hit the West End stage for the first time ever when it opens at the Prince Edward Theatre on 20th May 2026.
The musical tells the tale of Lydia Deetz, a strange and unusual teenager sharing her home with a pair of newly-deads and the demonic ghost-with-the-most, Beetlejuice. He’s dead trouble, but if you really want to feel alive, just say his name three times…

Booking for Beetlejuice: The Musical is booking until Saturday 17th April 2027 and groups of ten or more can take advantage of discounted tickets in the stalls and dress circle for all Monday to Friday performances.
4. Kinky Boots
Strictly Come Dancing star, Johannes Radebe will make his West End debut, reprising the role of Lola, in Kinky Boots The Musical which opens at the London Coliseum for a limited run from 17th March to 11th July 2026.

Featuring a book by Harvey Fierstein and a score by 80s pop icon, Cyndi Lauper, Kinky Boots tells the story of Charlie Price who inherits his family’s failing shoe factory.
Saving the company – and his love life – feels like an impossibly tall order. Until, that is, he meets Lola, the sparkling, larger-than-life drag queen with the unlikeliest of answers. Can they work together to reboot the business and save the day? Perhaps they just need to help each other – and everyone around them – to stand a little taller…
5. The Unlikely Pilgrimage of Harold Fry
Beginning performances at the Theatre Royal, Haymarket on 29th January 2026, The Unlikely Pilgrimage of Harold Fry is booking in the West End for 11 weeks only following a sold-out run at the Chichester Festival Theatre.

The production features Mark Addy as Harold, who played King Robert Baratheon in the first season of Game of Thrones. He stars alongside EastEnders and Call the Midwife actor Jenna Russell, returning as Maureen. Groups of ten or more can take advantage of reduced tickets for Monday to Wednesday performances.

The Hunger Games: On Stage
The show based on Suzanne Collins’ acclaimed novel and the first film in the Lionsgate franchise, The Hunger Games: On Stage has extended its run at the purpose-built Troubadour Canary Wharf Theatre until 18th October 2026.

Starring Mia Carragher as Katniss Everdeen, Euan Garrett as Peeta Mellark and Joshua Lacey as Haymitch Abernathy, the production is a gripping tale of courage, defiance, and the unbreakable human spirit and groups can enjoy discounted tickets to band A and B tickets for Tuesday to Thursday evening performances and Friday matinees.

Paddington The Musical
Directed by Luke Sheppard, with music and lyrics by Tom Fletcher of pop group, McFly, Paddington The Musical has extended its run at the Savoy Theatre until 14th February 2027, giving more fans the chance to see the beloved bear.

When a small, lost bear from Peru arrives in London in search of a new home, a chance encounter with the Brown family leads him to the wonderful world of Windsor Gardens. But London isn’t all afternoon teas and friendly faces. When a mysterious and vengeful villain sets her sights on Paddington, the Browns embark on a thrilling rescue mission, realising they need this special bear as much as he needs them.
