Following a run at the Savoy Theatre, the Chichester Festival Theatre revival of Guys and Dolls will transfer to the Phoenix Theatre whilst simultaneously touring the UK from March this year.
The West End production will finish its current run at The Savoy Theatre on 12th March before opening on 19th March at The Phoenix Theatre, where it will be staged until 30th October.
Meanwhile, the UK tour will run at the same time, opening in Liverpool on 16th March and touring until 30th July, closing in Woking.
Full cast details for both productions are still to be announced.
Gulls and Dolls is set in New York City in the mid-20th century; the city is populated with gangsters and gamblers, missionary women and scantily-clad showgirls.
The memorable score to Guy and Dolls features hits including Luck be a Lady, Sit Down You’re Rocking the Boat, and If I Were a Bell.

Described as a joyous and vibrant celebration of prohibition-era New York, Guys and Dolls first premiered on Broadway in 1950 and captured the optimism and energy of post-World War Two America.
The multi award-winning musical, based on the stories about colourful individuals in New York by American journalist Damon Runyon, is directed by Gordon Greenberg with choreography by Cuban dancer and former Royal Ballet star Carlos Acosta and Andrew Wright, whose credits include Singin’ in the Rain.
