Oscar-winning Ghost the Musical will tour the UK
Ghost the Musical will make a return to the stage this summer, embarking on a UK tour for the first time since 2019.
HF Holidays has revealed its UK walking adventures for groups in 2017 including walking breaks to destinations such as the Lake District, Cornwall and Snowdonia.
HF Holidays specialises in outdoor holidays and provides a range of different options for groups to try depending on their preferences.
Groups can combine half day walks with sightseeing in the local area with HF Holidays’ Walking with Sightseeing holiday options. The holidays are said to explore the British countryside at a gentler pace, uncovering parts of the UK’s scenery through tailored walks of up to four miles.
Next year groups will be able to explore the local culture, history and landscape of a choice of 18 different locations as part of a Walking with Sightseeing holiday, ranging from Bourton-on-the-Water and St Ives, to Derwentwater and Glen Coe.
Meanwhile HF Holidays’ Limited Editions holidays range has been expanded to include – new for 2017 – the Lyke Wake challenge weekend, new Munro Bagging, Corbett Bagging and Wainwright Bagging itineraries and a Walking through History break.
The Lyke Wake challenge is a two day excursion which begins in Osmotherley in Yorkshire and covers the breadth of the North York Moors National Park to finish just over 40 miles east at Ravenscar on the North Sea coast.
For the Corbett Bagging itinerary, groups will be able to explore the Scottish Highlands and mountain peaks that range between 2,500ft and 3,000ft. Those wanting to go even higher though should opt for the Munro Bagging itinerary, which ventures to the Scottish mountains over 3,000ft high, known as the Munros.
Groups opting for the Wainwright Bagging itinerary will be able to follow in the footsteps of Alfred Wainwright exploring some of his favourite fells in the country.
Additionally the company’s breaks: Vineyard & Wine Tasting Walks, Walks with Thomas Hardy, Yorkshire Three Peaks Weekend and Beginners Navigation (women only) will return for the 2017 season.
All Limited Editions packages are available for a limited time only.
