The annual Victory Show in Leicestershire has revealed its 2017 dates; the wartime-themed event will run from 8th until 10th September.
The three-day event replicates the 1940s war years and includes re-enactments, entertainment and a number of aircraft displays over the weekend.
The show will take place at Foxlands Farm in Cosby, Leicestershire and is expected to attract around 15,000 visitors. The show aims to bring to life the different aspects of life during the war years and is suitable for visitors of all ages.

Aircraft displays in abundance are to be expected at The Victory Show. World War Two aircrafts such as the Spitfire, Hawker Hurricane, and the B-17 Flying Fortress will take to the skies and fly across the Leicestershire village.
Other aircrafts confirmed to appear over the weekend include a Seafire MK II, a Bristol Blenheim, a Harvard AT 6D Texan G-KAMY, a Hispano HA-1112 MIL (Buchon) G-AWHK, and a Mustang P51-D.
Visitors to the show will also get to enjoy battle re-enactments and displays including a huge army encampment, 50 plus re-enactment groups, and more than 200 war vehicles.
There will be live entertainment including music, plus food, more than 60 market stalls to peruse, and a funfair. Additionally, groups can enjoy special tank rides, as well as view static farming machinery.
For those wanting to extend their visit into the evening, a 1940s themed dinner dance is available to book tickets for, which will encompass all things 40s-themed, from the food to the music.
For groups with children, the first day of the event poses as an Educational Day and will offer youngsters a chance to gain a better understanding of World War Two while getting to enjoy the entertainment that the show provides.
