Safety measures and special greetings preferences
The event organisers want to ensure all visitors and exhibitors have an enjoyable, successful experience at the Group Leisure & Travel Show – but it is also just as important that everyone feels safe and comfortable. Government guidelines with regard to live events of this nature are constantly monitored and plans adapted as necessary.
You can expect a more spacious layout inside the venue, with hand sanitiser available throughout the Arena.

Face masks will be available and we encourage visitors to take a lateral flow Covid-19 test within 24 hours of visiting the show, particularly if they have not been double vaccinated. A new traffic light greeting system is also being introduced for both visitors and exhibitors. You can collect a wristband at the entrance to indicate your greeting preference to others: wearing a red wristband means you’re happy to talk but wish to keep a distance; an amber wristband indicates you’re open to slightly closer contact, such as elbow bumps; and a green wristband means you’re open to handshakes (and hugs!).
