Wine and vine experience days in Kent

Date Posted: 04/03/2015

Kent Vineyard has got together with The Milk House pub in Sissinghurst, to offer groups the chance to get hands-on with English wine production and to quaff some too.

The vineyard in Colliers Green is open to guests on a limited number of days each season.

During these 'Cheery Days' groups will learn how to care for vines and make wine. Visitors will learn all about English wine production, from grape growing, harvesting, wine making and, of course, wine tasting.

The vineyard’s Cheery Days events open on 23rd May to coincide with English Wine Week.

A morning at the vineyard will be followed by a two-course lunch at The Milk House, accompanied by a glass of Kent Vineyard’s Rampant Horse wine.
