Visit the chocolate exhibition

Chocolate! is the new temporary exhibition featuring at the M Shed Museum in Bristol this spring. It will run from 2nd February until 6th May, and features a wide range of chocolate-themed events for group visitors.

The exhibition explores the history, mystery and science of Bristol’s chocolate making, and is supported by multi-sensory experiences as well as the chance to sample some of the brands on display.

Highlights for Chocolate!  

Group visitors to the M Shed can view over 500 artefacts from the museum’s collections, as well as the last Fry’s chocolate bar and Elizabeth Shaw Mint Crisps.

A mini-cinema will show films including Charlie and the Chocolate Factory (1971) on 2nd April, and Chocolat (2000) on 14th February.

You can also visit the Chocolate! exhibition to make Easter baskets in March, enjoy a series of gallery talks, and celebrate International Women’s Day with chocolate tasting and cooking demonstrations.
