Titanic Belfast Experience to open in April

The new Titanic Belfast Experience is to open in April, coinciding with the 100th anniversary year of the sinking of the ill-fated ocean liner.

Belfast’s £97 million museum aims to take visitors on a journey through the life of Titanic, with the six-story building featuring nine interpretative and interactive galleries exploring the sights, sounds, smells and stories of ‘the unsinkable ship’, as well as the city and people that made her.

Beginning with Gallery One: Boomtown Belfast, examining this thriving industrial city at the beginning of the 1900s; groups will go on to explore The Arrol Gantry and Shipyard Ride, The Launch, The Fit-Out, The Maiden Voyage, The Sinking, The Aftermath, Myths and Legends, and Titanic Beneath.

Groups of 15 or more people can now make advance reservations in preparation for the opening next spring. Groups can take advantage of a discounted tickets plus fast-track entry.
