Norwegian Cruise Line to launch new ship in spring 2017

Work has finally begun on Norwegian Bliss – Norwegian Cruise Line’s newest ship due to launch in early 2017.

The president of Norwegian Cruise Line, Andy Stuart, has spoken about how the ship will fully embody the Norwegian brand and the freedom and flexibility that a NCL.

The ship will be the second in the cruise line’s Breakaway Plus class, the first being Norwegian Escape.

The vessel itself will reach speeds of up to 23 knots and will carry 4,200 guests among its length of 1,000 feet. The Norwegian Bliss will also have a tonnage of 165,000 gross tons.
