NHM to host Veolia Environment Wildlife Photography exhibition

Date Posted: 08/07/2011

London’s Natural History Museum will host the Veolia Environment Wildlife Photographer of the Year exhibition once again this year, running from the 21st October to 11th March.

Displaying more than 100 images, the exhibition combines the work of professional and amateur photographs in an attempt to reveal nature photography in its purest form. Works aim to celebrate the beauty and magnificence of our planet, in addition to reminding its audience of nature’s fragility.

Interactive stations will provide insight into what the judges, scientists and the photographers think about each photograph, while encouraging visiting groups to participate and join in the debate surrounding the topics of conservation and green issues.
