Mousetrap celebrates 60th year with first-ever UK tour

Celebrating its 60th year in London’s West End in 2012, Agatha Christie’s The Mousetrap will embark on its first-ever UK tour in September.

Featuring an all-star cast, yet to be announced, the tour is planned to run for 60 weeks with each star performer touring for 12 weeks. Reportedly the world’s longest-running stage show, the London production will continue to run at St Martin’s Theatre, currently booking until December. A gala night will be hosted on the 25th November to mark the productions 60th birthday.

Confirmed tour dates include The Marlowe Theatre, Canterbury (11th to 15th September); Milton Keynes Theatre (24th to 29th September); Cardiff New Theatre (9th to 13th October); Plymouth Theatre Royal (15th to 20th October); Manchester Opera House (22nd to 27th October); Southampton’s Mayflower Theatre (5th to 10th November); New Victoria Theatre, Woking (12th to 17th November); and Bradford’s Alhambra Theatre (26th November to 1st December).
