Michelin stars on the menu at Royal Ascot 2015

Michelin star chefs Michael Caines and Phil Howard will headline the fine dining at Royal Ascot 2015.

Caines, executive chef at Gidleigh Park, will be serving modern European cuisine in On5, Ascot’s multimillion pound restaurant. Howard, co-owner of the Square and winner of Great British Menu in 2012 will bring home-grown ingredients to create his menu in the Panoramic Restaurant.

Caines and Howard will be joined by Raymond Blanc, who is designing an exclusive menu for this year’s private boxes, and Angela Hartnett, who is creating an exclusive picnic for Royal Enclosure guests in the Winning Post Gardens.

Between them, the chefs involved hold seven Michelin stars, so guests can expect an exciting, high quality fine dining experience.
