LSO offers priority group bookings

The London Symphony Orchestra has announced a brand new season of concerts at the Barbican Centre in London, with a priority booking week for groups.

Group travel organisers have the chance to book concert and recital tickets before the general public. A booking week between 28th January and 1st February will give you the opportunity to book the best seats in the house before anyone else.

Information on the orchestra’s up and coming season will also be available to group travel organisers first.

Musical highlights to look forward to

Highlights in 2013 include performances of Verdi’s Rigoletto, Haydn’s The Creation, Beethoven’s Mass, and appearances from Sir Simon Rattle and Evgeny Kissin.

The London Symphony Orchestra will be conducted by principal conductor Valery Gergiev as he explores the music of Berlioz and Scriabin.

The LSO Artist Portrait in 2013/14 is pianist Yuja Wang, who will perform three concerts with the orchestra as well as a solo recital.

Group visitors to the Barbican Centre can also enjoy four composer study days to learn about the lives of classical musicians, with access to behind-the-scenes rehearsals and special talks.
