Historic Dockyard hosts Titanic touring exhibition

The Historic Dockyard Chatham in Kent is set to host touring exhibition Titanic Honour & Glory - The Story of the Tragic Liner and her Sister Ships, running from 1st July to 30th September.

Voted as one of the top five exhibitions in the country by The Times newspaper, displays will include an eclectic mix of Titanic and White Star Line artefacts, including crockery, silverware, letters, linen and crew possessions. Items from the 1997 blockbuster film will also be showcased, including the Heart of the Ocean necklace worn by Kate Winslet (pictured), cast costumes and props.

A programme of special events and activities will run alongside the exhibition, including illustrated talks.
