Hilton Worldwide opens two new hotels in London and Oxford %7C London Kensington Exterior

Hilton Worldwide has revealed the opening of two new UK hotels, DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel London – Kensington, and Hampton by Hilton Oxford.

The two hotels are both central, with links to group friendly attractions nearby. DoubleTree by Hilton London – Kensington is near to some of London’s top attractions such as the Victoria & Albert Museum, the iconic Royal Albert Hall and the Natural History Museum, whereas Hampton by Hilton Oxford is situated just fifteen minutes’ drive away from the town centre.

DoubleTree by Hilton London – Kensington

DoubleTree by Hilton London – Kensington retains most of its original 1870s architecture, with one of its eight meeting rooms retaining high ceilings and natural daylight.

The hotel features 203 rooms altogether, including four suites, and two on-site restaurants. The Regency restaurant offers an international men,u which uses local ingredients, whereas 100 Queen’s Gate Bar and Lounge serves cocktails, lunch and pre-theatre snacks.

The hotel also has a well-equipped gym and private steam rooms for those who prefer a day spent indoors.

As well as the top museums and attractions nearby, the shops and stalls at Portabello Market and Notting Hill are only 20 minutes away by tube or by road.

Hampton by Hilton Oxford is the first Hampton by Hilton hotel to open in the city.

As well as being close to the city, it offers nearby motorway links to London and Birmingham.

Guests staying at the hotel can benefit from the brand’s signature hot breakfast, a complimentary fitness room open 24 hours a day, a 24-hour convenience hub with a selection of snacks and drinks, complimentary onsite car park and, inside their rooms, a 32-inch HDTV and work desk with ergonomic chair.

Hotels are also decorated with local photography and artwork, which highlights each hotel’s connection to its own community.

Oxford itself is home to many attractions, such as Christ Church College, which was part of the film set for Hogwarts Hall in the Harry Potter movies.

The city is also filled with buildings from every English architectural period and visitors can also find shops, a covered market, theatres, bars and restaurants all within a close proximity to Hampton by Hilton Oxford.
