HF Holidays has announced six walking breaks in destinations across Europe for 2017.
Groups can travel to places including Spain, Italy, Greece, Austria and Switzerland with the walking and leisure activity holiday provider. Holidays can be booked to include or exclude flights in the price.

Groups can discover the valleys of the sourthern Sierra Nevada on a seven-night guided walking holiday to Capileira in Spain. This trip includes a visit to Trevelez, known for its Serrano ham, the city of Granada, and also a walking route through the Poqueira Valley.
Also available is a seven-night break to eastern Sicily, where groups can expect to enjoy the views of the volcanic landscapes of Mount Etna during arranged walking tours led by experienced leaders. Parties will stay in a family-run hotel in the foothills between Mount Etna and the Ionian Sea.
The Greek island of Evia is another option for groups in 2017. HF Holidays is offering a seven-night stay that will include walking routes between the island’s villages and the Aegean coastline.
Those looking to get off the beaten track can venture to the French Catalonia on a guided walking tour in the border region between France and Spain. Found between the Pyrenees and the Mediterranean Sea in the Languedoc, Northern Catalonia offers walkers a chance to explore its beaches, coves and wild landscapes.
HF Holidays’ Summer in the Stubai Alps is a guided walking break to Neustift in the heart of the Austrian Tyrol. The seven-night holiday offers a variety of walks for groups to choose from, from a stroll through wild flowers in the Stubai’s meadows or a hike through the mountain tops.
Finally, HF Holidays is also offering a seven-night trail holiday, Eiger to the Matterhorn, which will challenge groups to walk amongst the Alpine scenery of the Bernese Oberland and Zermatt. The trip includes one overnight excursion to a traditional mountain refuge.
