Gastronomic Tour with Hebridean Island Cruises

Hebridean Island Cruises has announced a Gastronomic Tour of Skye.

Sailing on The Hebridean Princess the five-night cruise departs Oban on 22nd June 2012, visiting a new location each day famous for its food.

The cruise will make stops at Skye Oyster farm, Talisker Distillery, Dunvegan Castle, Trotternish Peninsula, Portree, Plockton, Flodigarry House Hotel and Shirley Spear’s multiple award-winning Three Chimneys Restaurant. On the final day, guests will be able to eat at Kinloch Lodge Hotel - Skye’s only Michelin starred restaurant - and see a cookery demonstration from Lady Claire MacDonald.

The Hebridean Princess can carry up to 50 passengers, and has 30 cabins - 10 of which are designed for single passengers. Each evening meal will be made on board by a team of chefs using local ingredients.
