GLTS seminar topics to boost show appeal

The Seminar Theatre at the 2015 Group Leisure & Travel Show will feature discussions, Q&As and talks from experts and familiar faces.

Topics that will feature in the line-up at the popular Seminar Theatre within the 2015 Group Leisure & Travel Show are now being finalised. Top speakers, along with TV personalities, are planned to feature in a variety of presentations, discussions, Q&As and talks, which will be free to attend and will be on the agenda at the show for group travel organisers and coach operators.

The exhibition will take place at the NEC Birmingham on 22nd October, following the Group Leisure Awards evening the night previously, staged at the nearby Hilton Birmingham Metropole Hotel.

Topics covered in the sessions will range from an expert’s guide to cruising and choosing the right travel operator, to the best gardens for group visits in the UK and how to make your money go further for your group trip.

Organiser of GLTS Emma Cash commented: “There will also be a few famous faces on the proposed schedule this year, which will be revealed soon. We are looking forward to a brilliant day which is set to build on last year’s success when the show was given a new improved format.”

In 2014, the GLTS Seminar Theatre played host to travel writer and broadcaster Simon Calder, alongside experts from the world of coaching, group travel, and the hotel industries.

“We know that visitors are looking for a great day out,” said Emma. “Our visitors this coming October can look forward to the biggest and best event in group travel, set in world class surroundings. So save the date of October 22nd now. All this comes with free parking and free entry at the NEC, and we even provide a free bacon butty for our breakfast time arrivals. We are really excited about the seminars we are introducing this year which I know will be very popular.”

Exhibitor and sponsor bookings for GLTS are also continuing to exceed expectations and are well in front of bookings for the same period in 2014. The message to exhibitors is to book your preferred position soon or face disappointment.
