Expanded programme from river cruising specialist

The River Cruise Line has announced an expanded programme that includes four new cruises and improved itineraries on several of its most popular trips. 

Also included is a dedicated programme of four-star cruises aboard the latest addition to the River Cruise Line fleet, the MS Switzerland II. Itineraries are available on this ship to the Dutch bulbfields, the Rhine Valley and the Danube.

Group travel organisers can choose from the following new cruises for 2013:

Amsterdam, Antwerp, Ghent & Bruges – a seven-day journey through picturesque waterways and the chocolate box towns of Holland and Belgium.

Scenic Rhine & Switzerland – Ten days travelling through breathtaking scenery: the Rhine Gorge, the lush Rhine plains, Alsace and beyond to the lakes and mountains of Switzerland.

Baltic Isles, Berlin & Poland – a nine-day cruise featuring the little known but idyllic islands off Germany’s Baltic coast, with opportunities to visit the Polish coastal town of Stettin (home to the 2013 Tall Ships Races), the Wolin National Park and Berlin. 

Croatian Coast & Islands – hop around the Adriatic on an eight-day trip aboard the MS Mendula. Departing from Dubrovnik the itinerary takes in Mljet, Hvar, Bra?, Kor?ula and Split.

Additions to existing itineraries

Improved itineraries have been introduced on several of the River Cruise Line’s most popular cruises of the Dutch waterways and Rhine Valley including:
