Europa-Park unveils plans for Halloween extravaganza

Germany’s largest theme park resort, Europa-Park, will celebrate Halloween from 26th September to 8th November with various shows, events and interactive experiences.

Highlights are set to include a display of 180,000 pumpkins and the spooky transformation of various rides.

You can opt to take a stroll through ‘Grimms’ Enchanted Forest’, or wander down to the gigantic fruit dinosaur, made up of more than 20,000 apples. Alternatively, ride the Pumpkin Coaster at breakneck speeds.

A variety of Halloween-themed shows will take place throughout the season, including Spook Me! The Europa-Park Musical, which tells an inspiring story of love, courage and freedom.

Older guests can also opt for experiencing a Horror Night, which includes three scare zones, horror film sets, an army of zombies and a dazzling array of special effects due guaranteed to thrill.

Horror Nights will take place from 25th September to 7th November on every Friday and Saturday, as well as on 11th, 18th and 25th October, then daily from 30th October to 7th November.
