Drayton Manor’s Magical Christmas

Date Posted: 10/09/2012

Drayton Manor Theme Park’s Magical Christmas event kicks off on 16th November, with this year’s festive theme dubbed the Knight Before Christmas.

Running every weekend in the run-up to Christmas, opening daily from 27th December to 7th January; the park will celebrate each evening with a fireworks display over the enchanted castle of the Excalibur ride, together with water and light fountains.

Father Christmas, medieval shows and The Polar Express

Children and family groups can visit Father Christmas at Excalibur, which will become the setting for a mystical tale of St Nicholas.

After paying a visit to the man himself, the Knight Before Christmas theme continues with a medieval show, featuring animatronic dragons and knights, live jesters and festive entertainment.

Also in keeping with the Christmas spirit, Drayton Manor’s 4D cinema will be showing The Polar Express, where it will snow as part of the screening.

Transforming Thomas Land

Drayton Manor’s popular attraction, Thomas Land, will be transformed for Drayton’s Magical Christmas.

With guaranteed snow three times each day, groups can enjoy festive music, a mass of decoration, and live shows.
