Bristol Zoo unveils dinosaur attraction

Bristol Zoo Gardens is set to unveil new exhibition, DinoZoo, this summer.

Running from the 25th May to 2nd September, those arranging a group trip to the Bristol attraction can venture two million years back in time to the age of the dinosaurs.

DinoZoo will feature 12 huge animatronic dinosaurs, which will be placed around the zoo. Bringing to life some of the world’s most popular dinosaur species, including the tyrannosaurus rex, triceratops, and brachiosaurus; visitors can get up-close to the moving, roaring, hissing and even water-spraying creatures.

Dr Bryan Carroll director of Bristol Zoo, said: “DinoZoo is sure to be a fantastically popular new attraction that will take our guests on a journey that started over 200 million years ago. It also presents a great opportunity to tell our guests about the very real extinction threat facing many species in the zoo and around the world.”
