Eric Knowles

The Seminar Theatre programme at this year’s Group Leisure & Travel Show is taking shape, with the first speaker now confirmed as Eric Knowles, best known for his roles on shows like the BBC’s Antiques Roadshow.

GLTS 2016 will be marking the exhibition’s 20th anniversary on 20th October at the NEC, Birmingham.

Eric will be delivering an entertaining and free talk highlighting historic places for groups to visit, inspiring ideas, and other insightful topics.

There will also be an interactive element to his time at the show as well. Keep your eyes on future editions of Group Leisure for announcements about how to get involved with possible antiques valuations with Eric.

“The Seminar Theatre line-up is really exciting this year,” explained show organiser Emma Cash. “The speakers on the list are household names. We’re expecting pre-registrations for the show to come in thick and fast and visitors can now go to the show website to register free and book their visit. Pre-registration also means that GTOs can apply for free parking at the NEC, too.”

Look out for more details of the Seminar Theatre line-up on the Group Leisure website in the coming weeks.

The Group Leisure & Travel Show is the UK’s number one exhibition for people who organise group trips and holidays.

In just one day it allows visitors to meet experts from tour operators, attractions, tourist boards, hotels, cruise lines, theatre and much more. Plus there are always fun giveaways and competitions to take part in.

Thanks to its 20th anniversary, the GLTS is expanding in 2016 and set to be a sell out for stand space. For advice on how to exhibit at the show telephone Sharon Yandell on 01908-613323 or e-mail sharon.y@yandellmedia.com.
