A waterway in Amsterdam

The River Cruise Line is offering group travel organisers a ‘try before you buy’ taster cruise on the Dutch waterways in April.

The familiarisation trip is aimed at GTOs who are considering a river cruise for their group and would like to experience a river holiday before booking.

The River Cruise Line has a limited number of places for group leaders to join them on board the four star ms Serenity for a four-day Delights of Amsterdam and the Dutch Bulbfields cruise, departing on 18th April.

Get a taste for river life

Groups who are completely new to river cruising will find that the fam trip presents an ideal opportunity for a first time experience.

The fam trip offers coach travel from a number of local joining points, allows GTOs to experience life onboard a river cruise vessel, and provides information about the range of excursions available on a full scale holiday.

The break will also offer an insight into how The River Cruise Line’s award-winning dedicated groups team works with group travel organisers.

Enjoy the scenery of the Netherlands

The Delights of Amsterdam and the Dutch Bulbfields cruise is a new addition to The River Cruise Line’s 2016 programme.

The ms Serenity will take passengers from Amsterdam through the tranquil scenery of the Netherlands, including fishing ports and historic towns.

Included in the itinerary is a visit to Keukenhof Gardens, which is known for its flamboyant displays of tulips, daffodils and other spring flowers.

There are also options to visit the Het Loo Palace, a former home of the Dutch royal family, and to join a canal cruise in Amsterdam.

For more information, and to register interest in joining the fam trip, group travel organisers should contact Janet Fielding on 01858-435631 or e-mail janet.fielding@diamondhols.co.uk.
