1. A seafood safari

Fishy fans and seafood lovers can join Suffolk-based Food Safari’s Seafood in a Day experience, which includes the thrill of finding lobsters and crabs on a river boat trip at Orford.

Groups can see how oysters are cultivated, visit a traditional artisan fish smokehouse, and learn how to carve smoked salmon and open oysters. The experience also includes a delicious lunch at The Butley Orford Oysterage.

2. Indian cookery school

6. Bodnant Cookery School

During your group trip, allow time to visit the on-site Beekeeping Centre, to learn the secrets of bee-keeping and find out how honey is produced. 

7. Ichi Sushi Masterclass

Master the art of preparing sushi with a masterclass at London’s Ichi Sushi & Sashimi Bar, located at the Park Plaza Westminster Bridge.

Groups of up to ten people can watch as head chef Sadayuki Okamoto demonstrates a selection of signature and sashimi dishes, including tuna belly and blow torch salmon rolls, after which you can have a go yourself.

Masterclasses include a sparkling Sake aperitif and nibbles, plus a sit-down meal for your sushi-making efforts.
